  All 9 members were present for today's Committee and Regular Sessions. Mr. Ensley was tardy, arriving after the official rollcall by City Clerk Lana Keesling. Council President Jehl presided. The express purpose of this organization is to collect, analyze, and report the attendance trends of members of the Fort Wayne Common Council.
