  Only 6 Council members were present for today's Committee and Regular sessions. Or presented another way, one-third of the Council was absent. Mr. Hartman, Mr. Jehl, and Dr. Myers were absent. Deputy Clerk Stacy Reed recorded the official roll call. President Paddock officiated the sessions. The Fort Wayne City Council Attendance Tracking Project is an independent organization. President Jehl presided over the committee session, resigning as president at the end of the meeting. At the following Special Regular session VP Marty Bender presided until Geoff Paddock was elected President and assumed the chair.
