Only 6 Council members were present for today's Committee and Regular sessions. Or presented another way, one-third of the Council was absent. Mr. Hartman, Mr. Jehl, and Dr. Myers were absent. Deputy Clerk Stacy Reed recorded the official roll call. President Paddock officiated the sessions.
