Fort Wayne City Council Meeting Tuesday 10/10/2023

In spite of a horrible streaming connection, audio dropouts, spinning circles, and pixelated screens, the Fort Wayne City Council Attendance Reporting Project is still able to report all 9 members were in attendance. City Clerk Lana Keesling recorded the official attendance.
